(Dorothy) O'Mara; sister of the late Harold (late Mildred) and Robert (late Margaret) Roesser; sister-in-law of Irene (late Vincent) Hynes, the late Alice (late Wallace) Heilbron, Edward J. (late Eleanor) O'Mara, Helen (late Carl) Day and Jeanne (late Andrew) Smith; also survived by 21 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Vincent de Paul Church, 6441 Seneca St., Springbrook, Saturday at 10:00 AM, preceded by the Rosary at 9:30 AM. Friends invited. Marie Dorothy O'Mara, of West Seneca, died Monday in St. Joseph Hospital, Cheektowaga. She was 93. Born in Buffalo, she was a licensed practical nurse for Dr. Carl E. Day. Mrs. O'Mara was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and its Rosary and Altar Society. She was a devotee to the daily rosary and to St. Jude. She was affectionately known by her grandchildren as "Boss of the City." Survivors include her husband of 68 years, John R.; two daughters, Mary B. Shea and Kathleen A. O'Connell; and two sons, Edward J. and John R. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6441 Seneca St., Spring Brook.
